I have had to restore, restory, and reimagine myself many times in my life, either because of events completely outside of my control or events and situations I consciously chose and created for myself.
I am a Leadership and Life Coach, and like you, I had to navigate, transform and own my own story too. It is these insights—informed and supported by an on going educational and research focus on the art and science of change—that I bring to my own work.

Navigate.
The only certainty in life is uncertainty—this is true for you, me, your organization, and indeed all of us since the start of the pandemic in early 2020.
We must plan even if our best laid plans are rendered toothless in the face of an uncertain world.
Rising up to challenges and finding a way forward is an area I have personal and professional experience in. I can help you navigate these uncertainties with a proven set of tools that have helped countless other leaders in similar positions over the years.
Transform.
Ask most leaders I’ve coached, and the answer to the best investment they’ve made is usually the same: the investment towards their continuous learning.
Like them, I too invested time and money into continuous education well into my working life. This culminated with being awarded a Doctorate (DProf) in Organizational Change from Middlesex University and Hult Ashridge Executive Education, UK. I work closely with my client and help them discover and design their learning journey tailor-made to their life and career aspirations.
Own.
Transformation begins and ends in you taking ownership of your life and story. My own professional transformation began when I went from employee to entrepreneur. That was two decades ago. Today, I help others do the same.
The Story Behind
the Story
Professionally, I primarily identify as a coach, informed by my identity and experience as a wounded-healer. But I am more than that of course. I am also a woman, daughter, sister, wife, divorcee, a widow, an aunt and friend. Many of my identities are in relation to others as are many of the lessons I have learned along the way.
My identity as a writer, poet, and a scholar are however grounded in my relationship with myself. And I often write and research about our human relationships and our storied identities.
Four significant stories in
my adult life have shaped me
Corporate Druids
I left all that was familiar and followed my gut and founded Corporate Druids to work with leaders. Best decision ever.

Transforming Relationships
We met and married in our early twenties. Even after a divorce we are family for life. We grew up together and learned how to navigate transitions and transform our relationship. No regrets, just gratitude.

Scholar
I changed and my world changed when I embarked on a journey to learn. A Msc and PhD later, I know it is still only the beginning. How I show up in my life and in my professional life is deeply entwined with my scholar practitioner identity.

Love & Loss
Tony and I met, fell in love and got engaged. He was then diagnosed with stage four colon cancer, and eleven months later he died, three weeks after we got married. The deep love we shared, and the joy of being loved by him, and the grief of losing him has indelibly changed me. I am now the embodiment of the wounded-healer.

Our stories tell us where we come from and where we are going. Our stories define who we are and who we could be.
Sometimes we have to retell our stories to heal our past and light our path. Sometimes we have to find new stories to find our way through to the future we want.
Thank you for being here with me and for reading my story.
Come, tell me your stories too, and let us walk together.
