Mihirini studied our internal correspondence and organizational artifacts, met up with trainees and their Managers from around the world, to better understand and deliver a curated experience to the participants. We were delighted that Mihirini made the multi-day training program an experiential learning event, where trainees learnt by doing and cultivated lasting behaviours that were reinforced and verified through follow-up sessions beyond the training period.
